Expensive but work well for what they are. The machining and quality is perfect and they feel like they will last a long time. They were the perfect accessory for the closet where we use them to hang up the next days clothes.

What is nice is that the back of the mount comes with a selection of holes that align nicely with the holes in the closet wall. And the screws accompanying the mount fit the closet wall holes precisely. That makes installation a breeze. There is one problem though. The written instructions don’t tell you how to dissemble the system so that you can put in the screws. There is a plastic clip inside the back of the mount that you have to push in, in order for it to release the rod from the mount. Only then can you get to the screw holes.

haven’t gotten around installing it yet, but it seems easy, sturdy and with storage capacity as advertised. The important part is that it did NOT come with a cap for the back end of the system. Gladly I got the 14″ one which goes all the way to the back of my closet partition and it won’t snag on my clothes. The back part is sharp, so you should either get the size that fits your installation, or get creative and do a silicon bead or cheap it out by using tape. Would have expected that detail to be covered by Hafele.
